Crystal Ploszay is a badass artist, entrepreneur, fabricator, and the founder of the longstanding, highly revered Unicorn Epoxy - which is a team of artists helping to manipulate the emotional impact of your physical space...making her one of the original gangsters of the Arts in Construction movement. (A badge she wears proudly...on a coffee stained tee-shirt). Crystal is developing courses for artists and unconventional thinkers to follow a career path into being an artist in a sustainable and practical way. She has carefully crafted a line of texture tools and applicators for specialty techniques featuring her unique style of hand placed concrete coatings using no sticker stamps or decals. Crystal has been featured in publications, podcasts and radio shows around the nation including the Inc. Business Journel; and is currently writing a memoir about how she went from sleeping in her car with two kids to making her first million dollars in the Arts and finding work she loves. For ten years and counting, Crystal has been on a mission to liberate good people from: work that doesn't inspire, judgey humans with outdated expectations, roles they're done playing & lives they're done living. Because according to Crystal - who never did do what she was told - it's not about keeping your options open. It's about creating your own.
