A water soluble liquid specially formulated to set the surface mortar of fresh concrete to expose aggregates in freshly placed concrete surfaces. Green in color to allow for easy identification of applied areas and to ensure appropriate uniform coverage.

Approximately 200 square feet per gallon. Comes in 5 gallon pail.
Retarder-S
Within 8 to 24 hours after application, use a low pressure garden hose and a coarse or stiff bristle broom to reove retarded surface mortar. Once exposing aggregates is complete, a solution of 10% muriatic acid and water cna be used to clean exposed aggregates. If this cleaning method is used, the surface should be rinsed thoroughly with water following a 5-10 minute interaction period between solution and surface.
