- A water-based, high quality stain made for use with existing unsealed interior or exterior concrete surfaces
- It penetrates the surface of concrete and forms a breathable finish that can be sealed when dry
- Applied with a soft bristle brush/broom
- Pot life is 8 to 16 hours dependent on temperature
- Tape will not work with this stain, it will bleed under the tape
- Can not get wet for 24 hours
