Stenciled Concrete

Stenciled concrete is a close relative to stamped concrete. Instead of using rubber stamps to make an impression in the concrete, a paper stencil is laid across the concrete and embedded in the top surface. Color hardener is then broadcast and toweled in. Once the color is added the concrete can be smooth troweled or rolled with a texture roller. After the concrete has had time to set up the stencil is removed leaving crisp joint lines. A main manufacturer of concrete stencils is DCI. Click here to view the many stencil designs they have to offer.
