Job Description
A store manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and efficiently. Their duties will include
- Sales
- Provide technical support to customers
- Manage & motivate staff
- Develop new customer relationships
- Maintain proper inventory levels
- Hire, train and develop new staff
Requirements
- Must be passionate about the decorative concrete industry
- 3-5 years (preferred) field experience in decorative concrete or prior experience managing a concrete supply store
- Must be willing to relocate (if needed)
- Must have basic knowledge of business management
- Must have strong leadership abilities and prior experience with managing staff
- Must be customer service-oriented with in depth knowledge of decorative concrete
