Store Manager Employment

Job Description

A store manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and efficiently. Their duties will include

  • Sales
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Manage & motivate staff
  • Develop new customer relationships
  • Maintain proper inventory levels
  • Hire, train and develop new staff

Requirements

  • Must be passionate about the decorative concrete industry
  • 3-5 years (preferred) field experience in decorative concrete or prior experience managing a concrete supply store
  • Must be willing to relocate (if needed)
  • Must have basic knowledge of business management
  • Must have strong leadership abilities and prior experience with managing staff
  • Must be customer service-oriented with in depth knowledge of decorative concrete
