In this two-day class, you will learn all the essential techniques to start performing basic epoxy flooring projects for your customers. The coating systems will include metallic epoxy, broadcast flooring, acetone dye, and solid-color coatings.
This is a hands-on, beginner-friendly class, and no prior experience is required. Instructors will cover floor preparation, mixing, application, topcoats, and answering sales and business questions. Additionally, attendees will receive a 10% discount on any Deco-Crete products purchased during the two-day class, helping them put their new skills to use and gain a competitive edge.

Jeff Hershberger
Jeff’s path into concrete started in the early 2000s, working on gray concrete projects like forming, pouring, and finishing. At first, it was just a way to make a living—but over time, his skills grew and so did his interest in the trade.
In 2005, a family project introduced him to decorative concrete, and that single job sparked a new passion. Soon after, he crossed paths with Jason Geiser, who was expanding into decorative work and later founded Deco-Crete Supply.
By 2012, Jeff joined the Deco-Crete team, bringing years of field experience and a passion for helping others succeed. Today, he leads trainings that combine hands-on expertise with the same passion for teaching that first drew him into the industry.
