What shipping options do we offer?
We offer FedEx and UPS ground services as well as UPS and FedEx Express Services, LTL delivery and international shipping.
When an order is placed
Once your order is processed, Deco-Crete will contact you via email of fulfillment of the order & tracking information. If there is a product on your order that is backordered, Deco-Crete will be in contact with you with an estimated lead time. If you have any questions concerning this, please feel free to call us.
Processing Times
Columbus location: Orders submitted before 12 P.M Eastern Standard Time expect same day ship. (For in stock products)
Orrville location: Orders submitted before 1 P.M Eastern Standard Time expect same day ship. (For in stock products)
Express Shipments: Orders submitted before 1 P.M Eastern Standard Time expect same day ship.
Hazardous Material Shipping: FedEx ground services will be used. We are not permitted to ship hazardous material express/air. These packages also require a direct signature at delivery. There is also an extra fee added to the shipping cost for hazardous materials.
International Hazardous Shipping: FedEx international services will be used. Not permitted to ship air/express.
*We will attach your email to the tracking updates for all shipments, as well as send you the tracking information via email when the order is processed.
*For out of stock products, the lead time will depend on the manufacturer. Please ask us if you have any questions about lead times.

LTL Orders
-Any orders that are over 150 lbs will be scheduled via LTL.
-LTL orders that are submitted before 12 P.M. Eastern standard time, expect same day shipping.
-If the shipping address is residential/limited access and requires a liftgate, extra charges will be applied.
-If a shipment is over 2500 lbs, the shipping address will then require a commercial address with a shipping dock. This also applies for shipping concrete buggies.
International shipping
FedEx international services will be used. For international shipments that contain hazardous material, there will be an extra fee added to the shipping charges.
Freeze Protection
Freezable products are shipped Monday-Friday during the non-freeze season. During freeze season, freezable products will only be shipped Monday-Thursday depending on your specific location. This is due to if the product is frozen it is permanently damaged. Any exceptions or discrepancies the customer will be contacted.
*Depending on the supplier & product lead times may vary for out of stock items. For specific lead times, please ask your sales person.

Return Policy
Purchase Date: All products must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date in order for Deco-Crete Supply to issue a full refund.
Shipping Charges: Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on non-defective returns. All shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. If shipping was free on the original order, the cost of shipping the return order will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may be applied on texturing tools (concrete stamps/edgeliners)
Refund: Once Deco-Crete Supply receives and verifies the returnable item, a refund will be issued.
*Returned items must be a stocked item, unused and unopened.
*Cannot return hazardous items due to guidelines for shipping.
